Whadda ya wanna eat?


Easy Jambalaya (serves 4)
2 cups white rice
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cubed
1 lb. smoked sausage
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can French onion soup
1 can consomme
6 Tbsp. margarine
1 bay leaf
1 green pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. parsley
Tony Chachere seasoning to taste

Procedure: Combine everything in a heavy pot. Cover and bake at 350F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
